You can accomplish a lot in 30 seconds

My friend Cindy spent a lot more than 30 seconds making the most beautiful auction quilt for charity last year. Recently, that incredible quilt sold for an even more incredible amount of money. Please won't you spend 30 seconds of your day reading about it here? You can leave Cindy a comment (which might take 3 seconds more) and if you do, she and her husband will donate yet another $1 to a really wonderful cause. After you leave a comment, go on to read her next post, which has a wonderful video of the auction. It is really fun to see what a talented auctioneer can do!

More travel photos and hopefully some sewing to come, but unfortunately I've managed to overdo it last week and put my back out. Ugh! So I'm flat out, reading the Hunger Games.  But really, all I can think about is sewing and all the things I want to make.

Pardon me while I take some more muscle relaxants and heat up the gel pack.

Oh dear, take it easy and no wine with those muscle relaxants okay? Popped over and saw that fantastic quilt - what a fantastic auction and such a great amount of money raised!

Hope you are feeling better soon. I guess you may not be at the VMQG tomorrow.

Been there. Take it easy. Lots of water. Gentle stretching. And spend the $80 bucks to see a massage therapist, knowing that he/she will probably beat the tar out you, because it's worth it.

Do nothing. Feel better

Do take care of that back - you looked so uncomfortable last night, but it was good to see you! That is an amazing quilt Cindy made, and an incredibly amazing thing she and her DH are doing with the extra donation. It is so wonderful to see that type of support for good causes.
