Holding my one-month-old daughter helped take the stress out of watching the game. That is, until the Hawks tied it up and forced overtime and then I had to put the baby down and watch from the edge of my seat!
NO KIDDING!!! Listening to OT while driving home from Guild was NOT a good idea - I realized this when I almost sailed through a stop sign along Chesterfield. I got home just in time to miss the winning goal.
I didn't see the game but DH did and described it to me. I take it you're a Canucks fan with little faith in the team. Good thing the hockey gods are watching!

ReplyDeleteHa. That was what we call "doing it the hard way"! Canucks aren't "my" team (Colorado is - long story) but I'm still rooting for them. Onward indeed!
